The NCASS Code of Practice is a set of standards and guidelines based on Good Practice and current legislation that Mobile Caterers should* adhere to when setting up and running their business. It is of interest to both Caterers and Event Organisers.

It has been developed from our vast experience within the industry as part of our desire to improve standards through clear and informative guidance and training.

It builds on from many of the topics on this site and identifies and informs:
